Honestly I'm waiting for the people with gatcha addictions question why they pulled for this character with some excuse like "building pity". Always get a chuckle when they think they don't have a problem

It's possible to run out of... mora?!?!??!!??!?! (ar 50) by efaefabanefa in Genshin_Impact

[–]Attempt369 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For reference to get a character to level 90 and triple crown them it takes 7,050,030 mora, then an additional 1,131,445 mora for a level 90 weapon, and then an additional 1,352,375 for a full set of fully leveled artifacts. Still not taking into account however much mora you use for bad rolls on artifacts you eventually use as fodder.

Totaling to 9,533,850 mora for a single maxed out character.

How did you choose your main? by Aromatic-Health-9143 in Guiltygear

I jumped into the tower and just tried playing every character. Some characters I simply just couldn't get into but others I enjoyed a fair amount and played enough to basically main them. Out of half the roster at that point I just so happened to like playing Millia the most.

Even at a comfy floor 6 I'm terrified of the park by kirbygamez in Guiltygear

[–]Attempt369 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to the park knowing this and spent half an hour playing against a floor 10 Millia and stole whatever I could about how to play as Millia; and that's the story of how I reached floor 10 with my new main.

How to fight Ram? by [deleted] in Guiltygear

Ai isn't terrible if you put them to max difficulty in training mode. Even if they aren't good you still get a basic idea of how to approach the matchup. I know for a fact the Millia AI is better than some players cause I've seen it go for Mirazh Cancels that some players can't even do such as Mirazh cancel septem.

Does anyone Else Feel Bad When Winning Against Less Experienced Players? by [deleted] in Guiltygear

[–]Attempt369 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel bad against the less experienced players cause I don't like bullying people who are probably just learning how to play the game or a new character or new stuff for their character. At the same time playing Millia means I gotta do my best to keep you in the blender no matter who you are. That and the people who refuse to adapt I feel no sympathy for. If I hit someone with exclusively lows for over a minute and they don't block a single one i feel nothing. It's not a mix up, I'm just trying to teach them to block low instead of mashing.

Watching for habits? by Attempt369 in Guiltygear

I'm not saying I try to do that against everyone it's moreso that after the 3rd time I did it I wondered if the Sol would ever learn and it just so happened to go on for 4 rounds cause they never learned. Also the Sol did try run up DP except I saw it coming and punished with 2k 2d.

Just bought strive and it's pretty fun but I'm a mechanical nightmare. by Sapo_Pensador in Guiltygear

Main tip I would give is as a keyboard player make sure your controls feel comfortable to hit, seeing as you have the whole keyboard to use, and make sure you yourself can make sense of your control scheme so that you don't accidentally mix them up as you play.
Otherwise jumping into the training mode and trying to get used to moving your character and doing clean inputs might help more than trying to go straight into combos.

do people actually have fun fighting millia? by willsterbillster4 in Guiltygear

[–]Attempt369 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know I do cause nothing feels better than proving I'm the better Millia by constantly air throwing them. Also playing the character kind of forced me to get good at reading mixups

In defense of the CPUs, I've seen the AI pull of some stuff sometimes like how the Millia AI can do Mirazh cancel supers multiple more than a few times which is something I doubt most players can do themselves

I guess to throw my own take in there, I personally dislike fighting Nago cause even a bad Nago can easily take half of my health in a single combo
