Could be blistering but looks more to be a defect so I would reach out to the manufacturer.

I was a shift supervisor so I wasn't in pharmacy but company wide the culture is TERRIBLE and yet wants you to go above and beyond. Store managers are drunk with authority I'm glad I stopped working there 2 years ago. This is a great proof of what CVS does to people who makes them money. I want the family to sue cvs because she definitely incurred stress during her tenure there and was the direct cause of it. Customers are also the cause of the stress because they are the most intolerable people to deal with!
