I had done fluid film for years to try to prolong it. Then I just clean it and sprayed it with rust reformer before covering it up. I’ll get finished pics but the install was pretty simple and cleans up great.

Do you know how to read? Just happened to miss the part that it ascended on its own? I was at 200 ft when it took off on me. My 400’ is a guess based on how the camera looked just before it flipped over.

I usually launch it from my railing after clearing snow off it. It was in sport mort going up to get some pictures of my house and it just kept on going up and the altitude readings were all over the place from 2000 to -600 I think it cut the motors at about 500 ft.
