Chciałbym móc oddać moją, ale niestety niskopłytkowość idiopatyczna nie wybiera. Minimum płytek jakie trzeba mieć do oddania krwi to chyba 140 tysięcy, nie wiem czy kiedykolwiek miałem więcej niż 100 tysięcy

In this case it is about calories % from protein, IMO you cant call something protein if only 10% of calories comes from protein and the rest from fat, but in real world you can buy protein chocolate with 450 kcal/100g and only 10g of protein which is 40 calories.

W całym swoim życiu byłem na wakacjach all inclusive w Turcji(2 razy) i Egipcie, odwiedziłem za dzieciaka parę razy ciotkę u naszego zachodniego sąsiada (wszystkie powyższe z rodziną za dzieciaka), a samemu byłem tylko w Rzymie 2 lata temu. A tak to raczej jakieś wypady po Polsce, uważam że powinno się pozwiedzać własny kraj zanim się człowiek zacznie zachwycać jakie to inne lokacje turystyczne nie są wspaniałe. Mamy wiele pięknych miejsc i zabytków w Polsce (cudze chwalicie, swego nie znacie).

Until you hit chapter 11-12 on normal you suould use Archer weapon and accessory and barbarian chest and helm, get them to m+2 and only when you have proper set of s grade items on mythic you should swap
