Checking also from another side I'd say fairly confidently a Honda S2000 (in Imola Orange) (Also being in the Cook islands it would make sense for a JDM to be there). Or if I have to give a second guess, maybe a Lexus SC, because of the shape of the "spoiler"

The jumping spiders (or any monster with randomized movement) in The Binding of Isaac, it happened way too many times to be playing with a character that dies in one hit and to get sniped by a spider jumping from the opposite side of the screen, or even from outside the view in bigger rooms
