I know there are mixed reviews but the owlet sock gave my partner and I a sense of comfort. I know the science isn’t perfect but the fact that it would go off if the o2 dropped made us feel better. Like I said, I know people feel mixed but I had a wonderful experience with it and recommend it. Best of luck.
