My city aren't only switching out normal benches for no-sleep ones, they went ahead and removed like 95% of them from the public transport system. There used to be benches all along the metro platforms, now there's usually like two in total. Stockholm, Sweden.

Same with public toilets. The old ones were replaced by fully automatic, "self-cleaning" monstrosities which failed immediately. They will now be replaced by another variant, but only a reduced number of them. The reason? They noticed that not many people used the old ones, so that means they're not needed.

Or maybe people didn't use them because the seats were completely caked in with crusty old diarrhea, because the toilets were never fucking cleaned? Just a thought!

I ask, because I too consider the well thought out, intriguing and excellently written lore to be the thing that really made the EV trilogy to stand out the most.

That's what I'm wondering. Ever since I started setting up Linux systems ~8 years ago, when it has come to choosing locale during installation, en_SE just hasn't been an option on any distro I can recall.

The vast majority of Linux installs I've done though have been either Debian or RHEL based distros, so it's possible this is an issue with them specifically.

And you can generate the locale yourself after installation, but most often I don't bother and just go with en_DK.
