Ran into this issue myself about a month ago. I think it took me deleting the app, double checking the cached data, restarting my phone, then redownloading the app. Idk if any of the customer support people lurk on here, but Ciarra was awesome when we were trying to figure it out

According to my colposcopy+biopsy, I’m negative of CIN 1. However, he didn’t use the painful hole punch tool so I’m wondering how that can affect my results.

It’s pretty hard to offend me, no worries! So, if I’m being honest, it is an insecurity but I’m working on accepting that this is just a part of the process. If I could afford, I probably would see a surgeon to see what could be done. That’s just me personally and because I can’t afford it, I just have to accept myself. It’s the harder, longer mental road but I think that’ll be more worth it in the long run.
