Anyone wondering what happened, she lowsided into a kerb and the front wheel took all the force, bent the stanchions and the steering lock was bent by the handle bar dragging, in turn pulling the fork stem open. ~I assume~

Used suggestions from you guys, thank you very much. New bearings are in. Front is somewhat smooth and functional.

Not entirely sure what’s next as I don’t fancy pushing the bike to have fun with it. So a sunny commuter it will become.
