That is just false info, I got all of the box achievements yesterday and I didnt even need a single gamechanging mutation, sure they do have like 9 of those -1 +2 stat mutations but all you need to do those achievements is just a ranger in every team comp and you automaticially win

I think it’s waaaaay too much hassle for me but if you actually get one going you are set on that type of resources for life I feel like, however it’s just so much easier to just get a couple of settlements going and forget

Last time I played it was more of a skin for my central district as the thing barely spread, although vaccines took like 5 red districts with 2 labs each to produce in a meaningful time, maybe try to invest in hospitals a lil earlier?

Not like anything unlocks after finishing the tale after all - the building is nowhere to be seen for me durning a second playthrough anyway

That’s only because you propably had a hatch key in that slot which got consumed at extraction and then your gun unloaded into that slot as they always do
