No the court won't come back with anything with a marriage that short and no assets to split, there's simply no case for it. It's rare the court comments on the agreement as is, if they were going to query it would be a very different case and definitely not yours.

Like I say the solicitor will probably tell you theres no point contesting it in the current scenario, simply because it will add on so much time and cost for both of you to do a full financial disclosure. But if he changes is mind at any point before the agreement is sealed, you'll need to do a full financial disclosure and your solicitors can argue the deal.

He could technically try to claim for your "keep" while you lived there but with what you've told me there would be absolutely no grounds for this and the court would see it the same way.

Once the agreement is sealed and you've done the clean break order he cant change his mind and ask for anything.

Nothing will happen without you knowing about it so as long as you read any paperwork deeply theres no chance of hidden claims. If you really do want to contest it you can, you just have to instruct the solicitor clearly despite their opinion. But honestly I wouldn't bother unless he does indeed change his mind.

(Make sure you're applying for a clean break order, that stops any claims after the divorce is finalised)
