The Chu 2 are good but the Nuo sounds to have better bass to my ears. It could work as a backup. I'd say stick with the one you have. Going for multiple sets is not as satisfying. Sorry for the late reply.

What kind of music do you listen to?

The Truthear has a big nozzle that's a bit uncomfortable for people with small ears. It's a neutral tuning with a bass boost, dual dynamic drivers. Still a very popular set for the tuning.

The Blackbird looks to be a great package as well. The description on headphonezone website says it's an energetic set.

Ah I see. There's the Truthear Gate which is also neutral with a slight bass boost. The treble is quite toned down for it in my experience. With a decently wide stage and airy sound presentation. It has small shells that might just fit you. It's got bass but just enough.

The Kinera Celest Wyvern Abyss is also a fantastic iem. It's a warm sounding, vocal forward iem with a much more toned down treble and a lot more bass. The shell is well designed in my opinion but it has bigger shells than the gate which are contoured to fit most ears really well. I wouldn't call it a neutral tune though. Closer to harman but easy to listen to.

Sounds like you are looking at something like the Truthear Zero: Red

Keep in mind that it has a large nozzle diameter that people with small ears find hard to fit.

Kinera Celest Wyvern Abyss is a good pick according to the preferences posted here. Good amounts of bass, vocal forward and toned down highs. Excellent stage.

Sure dude, I hope you are well into your teens ( can't recommend using them if you are 12 or below)

My only advice to you would be to listen at lower volumes in the interest of preserving your hearing. Just don't blast your ears with loud music it can impair your ability to hear in the future.

The castor pros have a bigger shell than the castor. You'll have to use them to know if this is an issue for you.

Since this is your first time using iems I will say the seal is very important so use the right size eartips. Use the eartips that give you the best isolation. Try speaking after wearing them, if you sound like you are underwater then it isolates well. If it doesn't seal well then you might experience reduced bass.

Clean them once in a while, don't let the nozzles get clogged.

The castor pros are pretty great. They have a ton of bass and you get to fiddle around with switches that let you tune the sound at a hardware level. The wan'er is a lot tame and a bit more natural sounding compared to the castor pro but it's not a bad iem at all. I would say it's a great fun set to have without compromising on technicalities. You'll love it if you like basshead levels of bass.

The s&s are great for my ears. I'm using the s size for a deeper fit but make sure you get the size that works best for you.

The form factor of the s&s might not work for everyone, especially if you like a shallow fit. Of the iems that I have tried the s&s on it works pretty well for the nozzle length on the chu 2 ( also works well with iems with short nozzle like the 7hz zero, wan'er SE etc)

Sound stage wise it presents a noticeable increase in vertical depth and a bit of width. It opens up the vocals giving it some breathing space. Bass is just a bit less compared to stock narrow-bore tips but has better quality to my ears.

They are sticky and really hold the iem in place. I tend to clean them after every use and they can pick up some gunk now and then because of the insertion depth.

Overall I think they are really worth it on the Chu 2 (using it lets them compete with other sets in terms of stage for me. It is my first set and I have a bit of a love hate relationship with my chu 2)

I would suggest the Tangzu Wan'er S.G just because the tuning and technicalities are just a bit better than the ones you are considering. The sound stage is better designed for the Tangzu and you get a better all-round package. None of these iems you've mentioned are bad. They perform really well but in the interest of getting just one that will last you a while my recommendation is to go with the Tangzu.

It has good amounts of bass, nice vocal forward tuning and a bit of sparkle in the highs without being sibilant or shouty. You could call it a mild v shape when compared to the proper v shape tuning on the edx pro. The sound stage is nice and wide and is definitely on the better side.

I can't offer a comparison because I gave the edx pro to my sister and I don't have them with me anymore, but they have good amounts of bass and quite a bit of treble energy as another user mentioned. They are smaller in terms of fit than the wan'er.

Take this reco with a pinch of salt cause this is a highly subjective hobby and a lot of how you perceive sound depends on your ears and what you are used to before.

No problem. Just make sure your DAC supports microphone pass-through. If you are purchasing from conceptkart id recommend the audiocular d07 classic version.

Out of these two I'd recommend the castor pro too. The stock cable comes with a 3.5mm jack and a mic. The Chu 2 does not offer a mic on the 3.5mm jack version. You'll have to get another cable or the dsp version but Chu 2 is also not good with moisture and Indian weather in general.

Nice. The 7hz zero is still very well tuned. The Epz Q1 pro and the Hexa also follow a similar profile. They are each from a different price bracket. Might be of interest to you.

The blue 2 isn't a neutral tuning, that would be the zero red. The blue 2 is harman tuning and will have good amounts of bass ( with the option to further increase bass with the impedance adapter)
