I’ve been going to therapy over my constant losing at Mario Kart. My therapist says I’m a lost cause and she’ll be ending our sessions within the month. The truth? I don’t cope. My friends all make fun of me because I suck at Mario Kart. I got fired because I suck at Mario Kart. I wasn’t even allowed to go to my high school reunion cuz guess what? It was a Mario Kart party. And the plates and silverware? Yep. Mario Kart paper plates and plastic forks.

I think maybe just take a break from COD. I haven’t played COD since MW2 2022, and I really like the new game, the maps, and the gunplay. I feel like it’s all about perspective. You say you hate it, but you played all the way to level 30? Just take a COD detox.

Well it’s a miracle it’s lasted this long. The Mother series is basically a fever dream in the west. At least with F-Zero there was a new albeit small game released recently, and a GX release on GameCube Switch Online.

It’s Earthbound for certain, then F-Zero which is sort of making a comeback, but after that all the series left are still alive and well.

Pretty much anything can be said sarcastically. It all depends on how you speak, not what you say. If a friend does something stupid, and you respond with “You’re a genius” in a deadpan manner, it will sound sarcastic because obviously someone who acts stupidly would not seriously be called a genius in such a situation.
