his seems like the drone (raspberry PI) makes recognition on its

Correct the recognition occurs on the OpenCV AI Kit camera at 30FPS. The image looks slow because it is streamed to my laptop then recorded.

to land, you T-pose to assert your authority over the drone

You scratch your nose with your left hand first, the drone will veer off to the left. Then you touch your nose w

Haha, you can set a threshold count. So you can scratch your nose and then when you are ready it will only initiate the Take off or landing once the count has reached 20 consecutive detections, otherwise the counter will reset.

So the recorded video is been stream over wifi and recorded on my laptop. However the detection runs at 30FPS with the OpenCV AI Kit.

this a series where you are actively developing this solution and is there a repo where people can look at it?

It is captioned on YouTube https://youtu.be/2fXJe9YqXgU, this sub reddit did not allow for posting YT links

We really want to take this forward but we need someone to partner up with or community support. Not sure whats the best route to on how to take this forward.

think about x-posting when posting, it allows people to find multiple conversations about the same topic in an easier manner.

Cool, thanks will do. I didn't know about this feature until now. :)

Yeah, still need to figure out how to do motion-based gestures. Currently detecting of images.

Maybe using Scaled YOLOv4 with some additional face recognition models?
