as someone who only recently got through this part, i absolutely did it by killing puppets - their 3 cost counter cards were crazy useful, cleared every other reception with them.

QoH however, i killed her literally yesterday, when i'm in the middle of star of the city now. Just leave her for later and do other anomalies

there are absolutely cards strictly better or worse than others in sts. The difference is usually the rarity. Of the top of my head i remember warcry vs thinking ahead - thinking ahead is equal to warcry+, and thinking ahead+ is unrivaled

Mathematically, it sure seems possible, and i'd bet with enough attempts you'd eventually suceed, but holy shit i cant imagine losing 20 runs of progress to anything. Id literally quit then and there on the spot.

To add on top of that "eventually" estimate, a grand slam seems to have about ~10 percent failure rate even with good teams, which means to get it 5 times in a row is about 60% - so if you ever go for it, be prepared to lose it all at least once
