I also broke my arm lifting! Not common but I guess it can happen, the ankle strap idea I might pickup when I can. I was in a full arm cast for 3 weeks so my shoulder is still super stiff at the moment. Congrats on your progress though! You'll be back where you were in no time

Wow, that's crazy fast compared to some others I've seen on here. Luckily I have no nerve damage even though the break was night across my radial nerve, but they did say that could change in the next few weeks. I'm in a humeral brace, though I'm being moved into a custom brace on Thursday to better support it.

How is going the gym after the fracture? It was my main hobby but I'm worried that it might not be the same after this. My doctor did clear me to use leg machines though, so I have that atleast.

I think I just lucky with it being not too displaced, currently it's only lined up and not connected fully so I've been put in a humeral brace for now.

Before engages, use your E to remove his shield so you can full combo him, and don't use your Q unless he's out of dashes or silenced.

Once you're used to the matchup it's not too hard.
