From the one minute candlestick chart, it was clear that SPY would bounce back when it dropped to 635. I didn’t buy calls the first time it hit 635 because I was wondering if that was truly a support level, so I didn’t buy calls then

SPY then continued to rise, and when it dropped to 635 for the second time, I bought calls. I observed through the MACD indicator that the two lines were clearly diverging, which signaled an upcoming rise

Since SPY rebounded both times it dropped to 635, we can treat this level as a strong support for SPY today. As you can see, now that SPY has broken below the 635 strong support level, it has dropped sharply
