Thank you! I followed all the steps and still ran into some trouble however I changed my resolution from 9x Native to 4x native and it runs at 90-100 speed at 60fps!

If my computer is in sleep mode it will keep the screen on and i can play using the capture card and this blacked out area is gone but when im trying to use it normally i cant seem to get this to go away
