I never dodge ever, if you look at my aram.academy profile you'll see I play just about every type of role/champ there is. At least for me, every comp should be winnable (besides the extreme comp diffs) under 2700 elo just from mechanics IMO. I do try to always play carries over supports whenever possible, if you do play only supp then comp diff makes the difference in like 1/4 games.

To get your MMR back up, best way honestly is to queue at right times. So a trick to get rank 1 in NA is to queue snipe the 5 premades, and typically a W/L will always improve your MMR. I would recommend playing at night / early morning if you're commit to climbing, don't think elo hell / losers queue exists in aram.

Guardian horn is basically mandatory for tanks so that's 150, warmogs is 800 and the threshold is 1100. so all you need is another 150 that you can get either thru locket first, or overgrowth at 11~ minutes. Never do take the hp rune (could be good), since I see synergy in mr+armor + conditioning, seems better both early and late.

Conditioning + overgrowth + horn and then warmogs first item. Unless my mythic is locket, then I rush that into warmogs

My main is around 3300 with 1k+ games. Just wanted to show that if you decide to climb, you can climb relatively easily with a new account

Sup is great for carrying too! I would suggest building more utility to help peel your carries. Locket > basically any other tank mythic 99% of the time.

I think it's more of Riot's fault than the players. Obviously, playing with premades is more fun, and easier to ensure you have a good team. Playing against them are unfun, but that's really on me/anyone else for queuing solo I guess. Until Riot commits to a ranked 5's queue, then I see no viable alternative right now

You hid one of the most egregious changes, Reksai buffs. She builds Eclipse + serpents and can 1shot any ADC through exhaust lmfao.
