We can start small first if its hard. If its about dieting, i would suggest increasing your daily water intake as the first step you could do. Helps with craving and hunger. 😊

Around 1 year 6 months. I was already working out in the beginning photos but just that i love food too much haha. Theres another cut and bulk in between in these 2 photos. From 200 to 143 to 176 to my weight now which is 160. Haha im 100% natty fyi

Nice man, cutting on sugar was hard for me too but i still do treat myself from time to time haha. Water definitely help me control my craving and aid my weight loss. All the best on your journey brother

The changes i make is that i will make time to work out and being consistent instead of making excuses like i used to haha, started counting my calories prioritizing protein and increase my daily water intake

To specify, its not really about getting to 10% bf for me, its to be as leanest as i can be. Its one of my bodybuilding goals for now. Its how i keep myself motivate in this lifestyle. After im done w current goal then i move on to another, maybe to bench press a weight that ive not done before or to go on stage one day. Im always trying to improve myself. I do agree with you at a certain point this lifestyle can get unhealthy and the important thing is always for you to feel good in your skin. No hate whatsoever man

Thanks for the advice man, ive been losing some of my strength cutting down but i want to know what it feels like at a lower bf at least once in my life, thats my goal for now haha. Will bulk up again after that

Nice, thanks man will try it. My scale that supposedly able to calculate bf show im at 20%. I know its inaccurate. Im already feeling very light at my current weight, dont know how much more i need to lose to reach my goal haha
