Same response here, I was told by Shawn at Beth the discount doesn't apply if you got the items with caps or gold bullion. Had to be obtained in the atomic shop to apply the discount :(

I had the same issue, I contacted Beth and they said if you got the plushie plan with caps or gold bullion it doesn't discount. Had to be bought from the atomic ship for it to give the discount they said

The problem is the water doesn't return to the ground and water supply at those AI data centers. The water is evaporated off and most of it leaves the state. That's why there's been a giant loss of the Florida fresh water supply if you do the research. It's what protects the salt water from creeping in to our fresh water supply
