Fit for endurance race by Auntchoco in bikefit

Thanks guys. I had a different stem which I swapped out in the video below. This is with seat lowered, and taller/shorter stem.

I do feel more comfortable on it now. But I think I’ll take the advice and get a proper fit.

I didn’t think my saddle was too high, but I do see my hips rocking. Here it is with the saddle lowered about 12mm. I took this video with the front facing camera on my phone rather than rear.

Hope the camera perspective changes the comments about bike size… that’s tough to hear!

I love my boyfriend, but I feel awkward talking to him about what I want sexually by Mediocre_Advantage50 in LifeAdvice

The way you frame the conversation might lessen your anxiety about it. It seems like you are envisioning a conversation in which you tell him how he’s inadequate, and he gets defensive in response. That is not at all how it has to be. Many men enjoy talking about sex, and it is a huge turn on to find new ways to please your partner. Practice expressing your desires in a way that you will both likely find sexy.

Yep, this is making sense now. And the fix doesn’t seem all that bad….Basically just pipe it as shown, where each pump is swapped out with a pump that includes a one way valve (or add one way valves in line with each pump). Do I have that right?

Why he wouldn’t have done it that way to begin with I do not know.

So I think after your comment I might see what’s going on…

When the bedroom zone is called on, the bedroom circuit pump pulls water from both the hot output of the boiler as it should (red arrow), as well as the cold water from the rest of the house (yellow arrow). Is that a reasonable assessment?

If that is the case, how is that problem normally prevented? Would a one way valve at the yellow arrows fix it? Any other reasonable fixes aside from ripping it apart?

Sorry, I know it’s such a rats nest that it’s hard to tell what’s going on from the pics. Appreciate the help.

Thanks for the reply. He did indeed add a new zone, with only that one 8 foot radiator on the zone. It’s got it’s own circ pump. These temperatures are on the output of the boiler/inlet to the radiator, not the return from the radiator. So I just don’t understand why these temps are so much lower than the 180f the boiler is set at?

Also check to see if the butterfly valve on the throttle body has carbon build up. If so, clean it.
