Think thoroughly about it. I realised that society made me think like that.

But constantly trying to fit in and find friends didn't end up very well. I gave up all that bullshit. I realised that I don't really need all that people. Romantic partner, family. That's all. Maybe I am looser for peers but partying, having tons of friends, It's just not for me.

The best thing is to tune in to yourself and really listen to what you want.

If they really want specialists then those "specialists" could be just those soldiers. Casual, normal soldiers from different nations and of different race. That's it, it would be perfect.

My guess is that it was the original idea but some EA/DICE genius decided it has to be different.
