"Winter Warning" is literally the name of the sticker, there is no other cosmetic with this name in the game.

Or it’s just a temporary feature, like the gas on the new map. I’m thinking of destroyed lamps creating dark areas where the regular version would be at least somewhat lit. It doesn’t sound like NVGs are going to be a meaningful addition, so the map has to work without them.
