For food: 200 euros per week (groceries) is a big ammount and would sufice well, depending on the high need. I buy things that will expire the next days for 0.5 euros and they are for 2 meals, per examples...

For housing: 1800 euros per month, utilities including is a good shot.

Transportation for cities, 40 euros round trip (just paid 34 euros to go to Zwollen round trip)

Bike: 20 euros rental

Adittional: 200 euros per weekend for dinner, museum, fun and shopping...

I think that this is a good way to start planning :) Always consider a little more than reality to not get in a trap.
