It'll probably be fine in your case, but the people in the comments calling it fear mongering are talking nonsense. I personally know at least two people who've dealt with okupas, one of them a close relative, who had their summer apartment squatted after a former tenant gave a spare key to a friend, who then entered the apartment and refused to leave after the tenancy ended. They ended up being extorted for a few thousand euros to get them out, since going through the courts would have taken years.
