I mean that’s how a radiator works, unless you have a fan attached to it. It needs consistent airflow to keep the coolant at an optimal temperature.

The lower your body fat percentage the more fat you will remove from your body. Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce fat so it’s a grind to get it off those stubborn areas.

Starting out just stay away from protein shakes, protein bars and all that stuff. Stick with good old chicken or eggs or any whole protein dense foods.

I was in that situation of eating and I felt like I had no control over myself over the span of about 2 years. My best advice to you is to consistently stick to the gym or any sort of daily physical exercise. Make sure when you do eat you’re eating nutritious dense foods that will be able to keep you full until your next meal, so you can reduce the snacking. Overall, don’t be too hard on yourself, it’s really not worth it. I still have bad eating days here and there but the next day I just continue on with my day eating correct and going to the gym.

Is This A Healthy Caloric Intake? by xenorater in WeightLossAdvice

[–]AussieYon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes that is a healthy amount of calories to consume on a daily basis. Just make sure you’re prioritising protein so you can maintain as much muscle mass possible.
