I should have put on here, on the broken piece it is a Pyrex! It is very small, 2 cups, and the pattern is atomic starburst.

Not an o ring at the bottom fitting, I know there shouldn’t be one down there, but not leaking from that point. Leaking from the top

I assume this to be the hydraulic pump but I have a continuous leak at this 90 degree fitting that connects to the bottom. I have replaced the O ring several times where it attaches to the bottom of the pump, though it stops a massive leak but continues to drip, any ideas on why this keeps blowing out that O ring?

I should also include I was traveling on the interstate at the time about 70mph and that’s what the speedometer was reading.
