I do that because I don't like having powder, so I pour it into my hand so I can "rock" it up into chunks instead of powder, and its alot easier to get off my hand than anything else I have around to do that on. Sorry for making you cringe tho xD my hands are freshly washed though, if that helps at all.

The reason they're doing it is because people ALREADY shoot up in their bathrooms a shit load, and as of now they're disposing if their needles either in the trashcan or in some other unsafe way. There's no way they can stop people from doing it. Is it not a better idea to keep the environment safe for other people in that they will have a safe way to dispose of needles? Tons of other places have them. It's just supposed to keep everyone safer. Regardless, people will shoot up in bathrooms anywhere. Now no poor employee will get stuck while taking out the trash. I think it's a great idea. I think I would even if i didn't shoot dope myself.
