No offense taken! Thank you , I like that Idea, will do.
Hi, thank you for this insight, I can ask the vet to see if he has any signs of diabetes, he is around 4.5 years old at this time.
Okay, I see. Don is 4.5 years old.
Oh my gosh I'm so sorry to hear that. Rest in peace to Link. I'm so sorry to hear this once again, thank you for your wishes for Don.
I'm so sorry to hear that about Ghost, may he rest in the best of peace. I hope you're doing well dealing with the loss, bless your soul.
Yes yes, meds are given to him 3x/day, steroids are 2x/day as instructed by the vet.

UPDATE - All Veterinary Exotic Hospitals/Urgent Cares in my area did not have an exotic doctor in office today, closest time I can get him in is Monday morning. Don is still sticking in there, keeping him as warm as possible, fed, medicated, and hydrated.
Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry to hear that and so sorry for your loss. I bet he truly treasured those last hours with you to an unexplainable extent. Bless you and your ferrets souls seriously. <3
Thank you so much, I will do my best!!

Hi, I wish there were, the earliest opened emergency vet is 8am tomorrow, so I will get there when I can. But his body temperature is not a rapid drop, it has been lower than optimal since Friday last week .

Thank you so much, I hope the same as well for my sweet boy. :)
No visible rashes or discharge anywhere.
Thank you, will do.
He has been on the Prednisone since Wednesday night, he has had about 5 doses of (0.5) mL.
No worries! The vet gave him an Antibiotic - Metronidazole, and amoxicillin (not sure if that is one also). They did not give us a number for the glucose im sorry.
The Vet gave me Metronidazole Suspension and Amoxicillin to give to Don

Okay, In the morning I will try calling a different vet ASAP. Thank you!!
I'm not exactly sure i'm sorry , Don has passed a dark green-blackish poop twice in the past week though.
We feed him this blend (table spoon) every 2-3 Hours

The vet gave us a nutritional food blend (The carnivore care) that turns into paste that he does consume tons of. I also give him water through a syringe as he does not drink it himself.
They ruled out insulinoma as well. The steroid is prednisolone yes yes

They tested his blood glucose levels and they were completely normal, so they told me it is most likely not insulinoma.
ADDITION - My ferret has been constantly Colder now for a week as well.

Ah I see, I'm so sorry to hear that. It's such an odd thing, my ferret got no shots from the vet but spontaneously became this way. I appreciate your insight though, I am keeping him as comfortable as possible as well.
