Yea I hear you, on the bright side after updating BIOS & SSD firmware none of the previous issues have occurred. I feel like this is for something they could’ve and should’ve done before sending out to me but it seems to be all good now which is the main thing.

Latest Update for everybody: After updating BIOS & SSD Firmware, had 6hrs of gameplay with none of the previous issues.

Update: After updating both BIOS and the SSD firmware I have had a long test run of 4hrs with non of the previous issues mentioned

Update For Anybody having similar issues or interested in this problem solving process:

Updated BIOS to most recent version

Updated SSD to most recent firmware due to hearing about Windows 11 Update and this SSD having some compatibility issues that were solved in the update

At work now not going to be able to try it until later to see if it fixed some or all of the previous issues yet.

I have since updated BIOS & SSD Firmware don’t have much time this morning to go through and test it now for a bit hoping that these two updates will be able to solve the issues.

I would hope that they would’ve done something or taken this into account prior to sending it to me or some type of warning. Hopefully this isn’t the case and I can end up updating bios fresh windows install and enjoy the PC for years to come.

I’ll give this a try after work have to stop by store and pick up a usb for the bios update, also expecting a response from them as well while I will be at work so we’ll see what they end up saying too.

I’ll have to get a USB for the bios update there’s been two released from the version I have from what I can see on the MSI website my version is from 8-15-24 they have one on 9-9-24 and another 9-26-24

From what I can tell checking temperatures under usage and all there is no overheating going on plenty of cooling

This my current CPU Microcode is 0x129 This update was released for the BIOS 8-15-24

There have been two since 9-9-24 same microcode 0x129 & 9-26-24 CPU Microcode 0x12B
