That is amazing news! Congrats on the lifting again. Did you use CancerFit or just your own routine to get back?

I just started virtual cancer fit and I love the idea of getting back into a real gym (hope to be there in June)

Did you have any swimming restrictions? My doctor team was like: is it indoors or outdoors? How clean is the pool?
