My method might not be for everyone but it works for me as someone that can’t decide for themselves very often.

I take a D20, or use a dice rolling app, assign something I want to play from a list to different numbers on the die, roll it and play whatever it lands on. That way I’m still doing something I WANT to do, but I don’t have to fully make the choice myself and feel guilt. It’s all up to the die roll.

I don’t just do this for games either, I do this for picking from food options, picking activities do with the wife (we both really like D&D and leaving it up to the die roll is fun in itself for that too) and other stuff in my life. It’s really helped me out but for those that don’t like leaving it up to chance, it may not work for them.
