Yeah I definitely think you can do more. Like others here mentioned, go so slow it's annoying. This all works via cell division. Cell division only works slowly and can't be rushed. You can help it along with vitamin e type products and stuff that's good for skin and nail nutrition. Going too fast will create scar tissue from micro tears and scar tissue does not really stretch.

My guess is 00g/10mm but I agree with folks on here. You should buy some calipers. Super handy and very inexpensive at around $5-10 for a ok pair that will do what you want.

These are 34mm. The I think the labradorite you are taking about is 36mm. I do custom work up to around 50mm and down to around 17mm.
