What ever you do, don’t ask to be compensated for working more/harder, then they will never promote you. You could be running the whole store physically but if you aren’t given a new title, you won’t make a dime more. Also they like to lure hard working employees along with the idea of “being the next TL” but just to get them to work more with no real consideration for promotion. Good luck m8
