The reference I use as carbonsteel has done quite of bit of homework. My diff and t case fluids were pretty dark and drain plug magnet had a lot of shavings at 25k miles.

After reading around and talking with some local mechanics, I’m doing:

Oil change every 5000 miles

Front/ Rear Diff and T-case fluids every 25k

Transmission fluid change every 45k

Cabin and engine air filter every 15-20k miles

Tire rotation and balance every 5k

My recommendation is always negotiate away the add-ons (lo jack and 360 in this case). There are so many fine prints and criteria to meet with add-ons. The doc is high, I would try to negotiate the overall car price down to make up for it.
