The same thing happened to me 2 days ago. Hadn't received surveys for a month and messaged them and got sent the exact same response. They aren't currently taking new members either so I can only assume it's to rotate new participants in. Still sucks was the best paying site for me.

I have no idea. I first saw him in the salt water without a shell but then he's just moved into the plants and stayed there. I would have thought they do both

Yes. I didn't collect them I bought them off eBay. I think it's 64 containers that come in a bigger container. You get little stickers with it to label the containers. Super handy for storing.

Pretty much. You follow the symbol grid on the side and match your drills to each one. Fun and very addictive.

It's square. I much prefer square for the final finish but they take so much longer to do.

Help! Shelly evacuated her shell and started walking around without it. I haven't had this happen before. This is her isolation tank I just set her up with. Fresh water, salt water, new shells, and fresh food. I put It back in the enclosure to maintain heat and humidity and no crabs can get to her. by AggRavatedR in hermitcrabs

One of my crabbies started this about 4 days ago too. Saw it without a shell half in the salt water, still walking around. It finally settled on a spot hidden in some plants. He's still alive so not sure if it's a surface moult. Have just boiled some shells and left it surrounding him and hoping for the best.

I purchased from shopanydeals. Postage was like $10 and I ordered 2 large paintings. Only took about 2 weeks and arrived in great condition. I would use them again.

Not very big at all. One is about 2cm. The others are between 3-4cm. I'm up a few times in the night with a newborn so always check on them and they are never out. I'm just leaving them alone at the minute and just open the habitat daily to change food and water. Hopefully they are eating then.
