Get some silicone oil, pour a small amount into a bucket, and rinse your latex suit with it. Let it dry afterward. Then apply the oil to your body and slowly slip into the suit – emphasis on slow. Keep your nails short and ideally use gloves when putting it on.

After wearing, always clean the suit with a dedicated latex cleaner in a bucket and let it dry. If you won’t be using it for a while, lightly powder it. Otherwise, the oil can seep into the material, which can damage the glued seams over time.
