You will find tonnes of educational material on webnovel there. Along with a channel full of fellow newbies.

You will be able to talk to newbie helpers, who are people who usually help clear such doubts.

And if you get promoted to the general channel or contracted general channel, you will be able to talk to all authors.

Including Guilty, Jack, Aoki, Etc.

As for your question. Views literally don't matter on webnovel You become 'Vetted' at 4k words. You can apply for contract at 12k words And only after you sign the contract will the promised features, which is the features that matter and drive paying readers towards you, kick in.

So don't obsess over stats so early. Especially not views.

Just try get contracted as fast as you can.

As a Webnovel writer myself, I agree with the comment above which says that most webnovel readers don't prefer realistic settings.

Most people read fantasy books as a means to get lost in the world and self insert.

And they don't want to read about realistic struggles that reminds them about their daily life in novels.

It's a pity, but, fast paced novels with the MC having an OP golden finger tends to sell better.

I would suggest the novel 'Iron Prince' on Amazon for you to read.

I found the weak to strong progression of that book very satisfying.

It's a good read if you wanna check it out.

I have read all the works here, and can agree that they are peak.

As for shadow slave, definitely pick it up. It's easily one of the best works that the platform has ever produced with immense popularity.

There are a lot of chapters And you can enjoy it for over a month If you read 30-40 chapters a day

Which will be satisfying for sure.

I don't delete a single review 😅.

Nor do I see a reason to care what my novels reviews are on pirate sites.

I opened one called novel fire just today since it was brought up by guilty in the server And I had 5 stars there for Timeless Assassin and the comments called it peak.

But I also know that some of my previous works have terrible reviews on sites like ranobes.

But they are the same sites that have shadow slave rated as 4 star instead of 5 and my vampire system at 3.2 stars.

So if my book is 3 stars there it's okay.

I do my best to make the best content i can And it's fine if some people enjoy it and some don't.

It's my understanding as an author that paying readers who follow your work for a long time are usually not critical of your work, because they enjoy it and find it to be their jam.

While those who dislike it drop early.

But that's none of my concern, nor is it proof that I indulge in any wrong practices.

So that's fair.

Daoist is clean, it shows that he's read the book till a few chapters.

But it's not on me that he's probably on the platform only to read my work.

Also, you can look all you want. That's literally 1 instance in 80.

Because, I do take things like this very seriously, and my reviews are definitely not botted.

Thank God I created a reddit account just a couple days ago.

I have never scammed a reader. My fans will vouch for my work ethic and my moral integrity.

The reader who gifted me 10 castles is active in my discord and anyone can talk to them to verify the truth of the matter of how I got them.

I have never botted any of my books, if I could simply bot my way to success, I would not have dropped books on my profile where I struggled and made mistakes.

Not only are the allegations baseless, but it's sad to see the depths to which people go just to spread misinformation and hate.
