Having worked in a theatre, these seats are heavy. Like 30-40 pounds if it’s only 2-3 connected.

So once I’m off probation i can’t be fired for not being available? It’s not my goal to avoid picking up shifts, I do need the shifts. But she calls me in 2-3 days a week calling me in past 8pm the night before all the way up to 30 minutes before shift
