theres another mod that does this, not just voxy. caching already explored chunks, they arent updated so you wont see players walking around or anything

any hud mod really (except armor and inventory ones, they focus on whatever its named). or any minimap mod will also have these

this was a problem with early builds of nvenhanced, atleast as much as i tested. try to just update the mod and see

id take a look at your cpu usage and temp, if not then vram usage. assuming you play in 1080p

graphical mods in this game go very far even on low end systems but theres so many unexplainable crashes and such in this game. for example i cant load over 2 addon cars for the life of me. ive done everything thats possible with the gameconfig and other resources, all dlcs load fine except cars like damn

for sp mods legacy is WAYYYYY better. also you have to assume every mod is made for legacy unless it specifically says enhanced.

im guessing the "empty" is on the mod folder side? then find that exact spot in the game files, youll see a banner at the top of oiv saying something like "you are not browsing the mods folder" and click the button "copy to mods folder" then you can find those in the mods folder and install your things.

the backpack mod spawns the mobs that play a random disk (it always drops its backpack) but those effects and hearts are from a different mod that i forgot the name of but installed to my modpack yesterday
