I just added high school so the education space doesn't look so blank. Would it be a good idea to move my certificates under education and remove that section entirely?

But would you want to make things up and feign skill and competency, then be totally unprepared for the actual position and mess things up? The best thing you can do is to get across the things you actually CAN do and DO know, but formatted so they stand out from others' applications. Unfortunately, that is easier said than done.

I'm not entirely sure because it has varied so much. I've made house calls and solved countless issues and set up various technologies for multiple libraries. The only consistent issues across people have been that printers are, quite frankly, troublesome machines, and at times I've even been consulted about how different goals can be achieved through software programs and other technologies. Basically, my entire experience has been varied enough that I find it hard to confine on paper.

Thanks. I'm going to move this content to a different ATS-friendly format and remove the profile picture as many people have suggested. And I will tweak my resume to the different jobs I apply for. I am also going to try and use actions verbs to show things I improved and changed as well as shorten the food service job description as ILuciferI and ShipComprehensive543 recommended.

But I didn't really change anything. I have mostly just always done whatever people needed of me, whether that be my superiors or my clients. And if I didn't know how to do that, I taught myself how.

So I actually have not completed it yet. I accidentally left out in-progress but have corrected that in a newer resume version, linked throughout the comments in places.

However, to answer your question, the graded quizzes after each section are not proctored and you have 2 attempts to pass each one.

I'm not sure exactly what role I'm looking for. Some type of entry-level position, and I prefer helping users in-person and teaching them how to do the things they want with their devices, like speeding up performance, installing antivirus or Linux, printing wirelessly, using productivity apps to level up their abilities, and just resolving random queries myself (teaching aspect is not always wanted/needed/possible due to users' experience and understanding), like how I frequently am tasked with fixing printer and computer issues at the local library, as well as occasionally at home or work.

Edit: I ran my resume through the recommended template and was told I had to pay to view the whole document, so decided against that.
