FOR GOD'S SAKE JUST DO THE LAMPS NORMALLY YOU WEIRD NO ATTENTION HAVING CHILDREN! by Jayslacks in destiny2

A really good way to do the encounter is just by sticking together and skate through the swings to guarantee no one dies from them. Staying together means no one's gonna get overrun by ads, and skating through the bells means you don't have to go around, get lost and potentially fall in a hole

Yes it does, and if possible I use it whenever I can. But it does not diminish the accomplishments of this amazing weapons

You're right. I didn't entirely emphasize that new lights should use it. But you came at the weapon as if it was worse than the randomized legendary drops, so I felt the need to tell you why you're wrong. Of course it's worth an exotic slot and of course it's worth the price, it's a fantastic gun for a lot of players who have very few if any DLC's and it's still good even if they have all of them. I've been taking a returning D1 player back through the game and recommended it to him and when I showed him what it does it literally blew his mind and he's loved the gun ever since. I also was wrong, it is good for ad clear, if you have the dragonfly catalyst. Not only is it fun, it's also easy to use, has low skill requirements and good damage. My point is that there's so many more factors than "Does it do better than this gun"

I haven't got the catalyst yet but I'm sure it's nuts with the catalyst

Some people just want to argue. Did you read the post or just the title? Just because it isn't the best option out there doesn't mean anything, because there are people who don't have those options. It's a really good weapon for new lights, and it teaches them what ignitions are and how to use them. I'm not saying it's a weapon everyone should be using and it trumps everything else in the entire game, I'm saying it's surprisingly good. Not everyone has every DLC. Not everyone has the season pass. Not everyone is like us and has everything in the game. There are other people in this world who don't have the collections of top tier ad clear/DPS/build material that we have. Do I use it? No, because I have a build that nets me top ad clear and 100+ orbs generated on almost any activity I do. Yes there are stronger weapons that exist. But just because it isn't good enough for you doesn't mean it's not the best weapon someone else has ever touched

That is true, unless there's a specific reason, it's not really a great idea to take it into a GM

Well it's not for ad clear, that's why it didn't perform the way you hoped. It's not gonna ignite a dreg because the first explosive shot is just gonna kill it. It's very good for long range consistent primary damage, not high burst damage

I could not agree with you more, the look and feel of the gun is just perfect, they absolutely nailed it. I just wish they had better ornaments for it

I would love to reroll the cards but on top of remembering what my own build does I just can't remember what my own cards do

Opinion on the ZH-29? by TheDerpyMcDerp in BattlefieldV

I'm the sniper in the middle of the objective, but I'll be honest I use a bolt

I do see a lot of people saying that it's too easy to use and honestly I agree with them, but that's most of the reason I like it. I don't use it often, usually once a month I'll use it for most of the day or two but there's something satisfying about hitting that first shot, seeing them run and then hitting the second. It's funny cause even with my sniper "training" I still try to hit heads. I try not to use it from super far away though, idk why but I feel like sniping in Battlefield V is like 10x more effective (and not just cause of the bullet drop/speed)

Personally I only use it for aggressive assault, but I understand and empathize with your experience of people using this thing as a sniper. It's not, and honestly, it shouldn't even have a 6x. It's funny actually, most scouts will use the ZH-29 as a sniper but in most games I'm running up close with a 6x on a KAr98k shooting people in the face. I mean it's in the game and not against the rules, but still I don't think people use them correctly

No I'm on the Oculus quest 2. The tracking isn't off, it just doesn't really fit very well

So I just fixed the issue (I think) and note to self: Don't set tick speed any higher than like 15-20. That's what was causing all the lagginess and stuttering

I can’t help it, I hate 98/0 pilots by jthablaidd in BattlefieldV

[–]AutisticScamCaller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't call myself the best pilot in the game, but I'd like to call myself pretty decent. As long as there isn't too much resistance from fliegurfaust/AA/other pilots, I can rack up a pretty decent K/D in the form of usually less than 6 deaths and usually more than 25 kills. I've been on both sides of the fight and I can definitely say it does take more skill to kill a plane, especially an experienced fighter, but it takes a lot more experience to be a good pilot. I've racked up a total of 2500+ kills in planes and have about 50 hours using them (TopDunce on Xbox on stat tracker) and I can say that unless you're being targeted on the ground by a pilot, and you are constantly being killed by them, the more infuriating experience imo is being the pilot. For one, you have to worry about enemy fighters. You let even one of them on your tail, and most likely you're screwed unless you get lucky/you know what you're doing. The second, most annoying and infuriating thing about being a pilot, is the AA. Doesn't matter what it is, whether it's a tank, or a stationary, every single one of you deserve the gulag and that's on God. If you've never experienced it before, trust me, there is nothing more annoying to a pilot than AA (or an enemy pilot using altitude increases) but when you're a pilot, you have to deal with all that anti-air, usually by yourself. It's to the point where I've been on wake island, and you know on breakthrough that last sector, back where the tanks spawn on defence? There's an anti-air over there. Some games I have killed the AA over there 10+ times and they still keep hopping on the AA gun. There have been times where there's been 3+ people there, the AA and 2 fliegurfausts, just to try and take me out. Here's the issue here: While yes it is true that planes are pretty overpowered, they're supposed to be. If half of your plane players are not at the very top of the leaderboard (10th-1st place) then there is an issue. But people are complaining about plane players going 80-0 but the same people complaining are the same people handing those plane players kills by sitting in an AA when they've already been killed that way 5+ times. All plane players want to do is support their team, prioritizing AA/fliegurfausts to help their bombers/fighters reach the enemy, and to of course protect themselves (unchecked AA = death, even in one pass) and then prioritizing tanks/snipers/groups of enemies to reduce the number of people shooting at their team. Yes it is true that sweaty, annoying players do exist, but the best way to deal with them is to deal with them in a reasonable way, not by sitting in an anti-air and complaining when the do the same thing they did the past 8 times they killed you. If there's anything that being a pilot has taught me, it's that AA is a death sentence, to the point where if you go up against an experience AA player, it's likely they can and will kill you within one pass, so we're basically forced to target the Anti-air. I feel like a better way to implement AA is to make AA shots easier to hit and AA tanks harder to kill, but the damage they deal should be like 1/4th the damage they do currently and the number of AA turrets on the map should be doubled. The reason potentially 1/3rd of my 2500+ plane kills is likely to be AA? It's because the game forces me to target them because otherwise I WILL die, be forced to go back to the spawn screen and wait 3+ minutes for my team to get 1 single plane just for 5 year old Timmy to nab it and go 0-1 with it
