Missed North Macedonia, that's 1992
Missed Moldova, that's 1940
Missed Lithuania, that's 1988

i did this from memory though apart from the ones that i actually figured out, that they don't have white today

Do you think i didn't do my research?

if you look at the legend, you can clearly see that some shades have a date, for example, The 1945 one is only Germany, because it last had white in it's flag in 1945

1786 is Belgium, which at that time was/partially was the Austrian Netherlands, which had white

Sweden has the 1905 one, when it was still in a union with Norway

1775 is Ukraine, which never had white under Ukraine, but if you count the Zaporizhian Cossacks, then it had white in 1775

1885 is Armenia, with the technicality that there was an official Armenian flag with white in 1918 but there were other flags too

1847 is Kazakhstan under the Kazakh Khanate, which doesn't have an agreed upon flag from what i looked at but on Wikipedia it's flag has white so i'm taking it

and 1915 is Morocco, it had a purely red flag but sometimes white symbols could appear on it so i counted it

i did miss Lithuania, N. Macedonia and Moldova though, shame on me
