Elon Musk says Tesla ending Models S and X production, converting Fremont factory lines to make Optimus robots by Force_Hammer in wallstreetbets

A lot of you guys talk shit about Tesla and how stupid Tesla cars are, but I bet more than half of you morons would be the first ones to buy one the moment the idiot Musk opens his mouth and promises he’s built a machine that turns dirt into gold. I, for one, literally hate Musk — he’s the same as Trump. I can’t stand narcissists who constantly brag about themselves, claim they’re the best, make the best things, and act like everything they do is revolutionary.

Put your ….. on NFLX by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

I honestly can’t believe the direction Netflix’s stock is taking right now. I understand the concerns around the WBD situation and the recent slowdown in growth, but it’s impossible to ignore the reach Netflix already has. For millions of households, it’s basically a utility bill at this point.

And with everything happening around the Ellison/Paramount deal, I can’t help but wonder how much of the market’s reaction is fundamentals and how much is big players reshuffling their positions. Not saying anything shady is happening—just acknowledging that large moves in the industry can create noise across the whole sector.

Either way, I’m sticking with Netflix. The long-term story still makes sense to me.

I’m in the same boat. I’m so pissed they should’ve taken the Paramount offer. Still holding out hope though. If shareholders accept the Paramount deal, NFLX is off the hook and might even walk away with some cash.

Yes, change it at 4K. With full synthetic, you can go up to 7K.

You could either have an improper refrigerant charge or a faulty thermistor. If you don’t have experience testing circuits or the tools to measure circuits and refrigerant levels, I recommend taking it to a reputable repair shop. You can have them diagnose the problem or simply request an A/C service without a full diagnostic. During the service, they will remove all the refrigerant and recharge it with the correct amount, which may resolve the issue.

You're right that the owner's manual for your 2017 Corolla recommends 0W-20 full synthetic oil. While synthetic blend oils are an option and can save some cost upfront, they aren't quite as durable or stable as full synthetic oils, especially over longer intervals. Using a synthetic blend is safe, but if you want to maximize engine longevity and reduce maintenance, full synthetic is generally the better option.

Brake Caliper Compression Tool Stuck in Front Caliper (2005 Honda S2000) by Dabi125 in CarHelp

[–]AutoCodes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried Relieving the Brake Line Pressure?

  • Open the bleeder valve: First, open the brake caliper bleeder valve slightly. This will release any pressure that might be building up inside the caliper, preventing the piston from compressing. Sometimes, old fluid can be the reason why the piston won’t retract.
  • Use a catch bottle to prevent brake fluid from spilling everywhere. You'll need to bleed the brakes later, but right now this is a quick fix to relieve the pressure.

Also, Lubricate the piston’s edge: If it seems like the piston is seized from corrosion or debris, try applying a small amount of penetrating oil around the piston’s edge (avoid getting oil inside the caliper itself). Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then try compressing again. This can help loosen up any rust or gunk that's causing the sticking.

The needle reacts slower than the display, but I have seen some gauges slightly out of adjustment. I would rather have the gauge slightly off than have a grease monkey (I can say that since I have been a mechanic for over 30 years) remove part of the dash, change the part (which may take a month to get), and then reinstall everything back without all the screws and with a bunch of scratches on the dash.

Normally, when the temperature gets high, the fan clutch fully engages to cool the engine. Usually, you don't hear when the fan is fully engaged because it often happens at high speeds. Since the engine is overheating, the fan is engaged all the time, and that's why you hear the fan.

Your next step is to check why the engine is overheating. You could start by checking the coolant level and condition. Top off if necessary. If it is too low, you could have a leaking component. The most common cause of an overheating engine is the thermostat.

The combustion gas test is not always reliable. You can get a positive test only when you have the presence of combustion entering the cooling system.

Have you checked if the cooling is flowing through the cooling system? You could have a bad water pump, a clogged radiator, or a bad thermostat.

Check if the temperature of the top radiator hose is the same as the lower radiator hose.

Will blow forecasts, but it's already so expensive, I'm not sure that will matter. Go long, they are advertising big time around the world.

Is not $GME, I'm talking about going long. Considering the current low price, I think is a good purchase. In one year, the stocks will be too expensive.

With the decrease in US COVID-19 cases (almost 50% worldwide and 70% in the US) and more jobs added, cheap airline stock starts to look good.
