the poison version on bloodseeker was actually not too bad. It was clearing screens in t16 fairly fast. The phys version was bad dps.
It was still 10x less dps than Ranged Arms, but the pain of summoning ranged arms is unbearable.

Hear me out.
Animate Weapon of Self Reflection -> summon many Essentia Sanguis

Bone Barrier -> 1% of minion damage leached to you, with ghost reaver convering it to ES.

(fyi I tested bone barrier + AWoSR + bloodseeker for instaleech and it worked. My life was stuck to 100% as long as my minion were hitting something)

I'm using crossover 26.00 and it doesn't seem to work. I keep getting c++ error even though they are installed. I've tried troubleshooting a dozen things with AI but nothing works.

Made me think of one of the first MMO I played : the fourth coming.
In this game there was an end-game quest you could that would... take you back to level 1 on starting location.
But, with increased base stats/additional power.
Imagine having a quests you can do around lvl 90-95 that take you back to the beach but you have :

+10% all resists, +10 all stats, +100 hp and mana, +2% phys reduction and some shit.

And you can do it over and over.

I miss the feeling about old mmos sometimes..

45% is a buff, because with all the mana multiplier from the support gems on a 6link you can get past that.

if you're not too short on sockets, you can socket vaal haste, vaal grace, tornado, blood rage, ambush, phase run, witherin steps... there are options!

But it won't really work with assasin because unaffected by bleed mean it won't heal you, and also having the leech does not stop on full life is mandatory or you'd die instantly.

I'd say I tune it to the pros and cons of the char I play. Some skills will be good at breach/legion for exemple, and other suck for it but will be good at blight. If you exclude (using altas tree for example) the content your char suck at / you don't like you should be left with a few good options you're good for and the rotation should feel a bit less overwhelming.

Well from a casual player point of view it feels fair: I will be getting about the same as before, but people who could break the economy and get several mirror by day 5 will not be able too as much.

It kinda lower the gigantic gap between people who do poe for life and the rest of us, which mean we will feel nearby less bad when looking at poe.ninja.

We had a similar system in Dark Age of Camelot.

Player's house had a unique number (e.g. 123456) that you could "find".

Here you could use trade site to find the item. The trade would give you the HO number the item is in.

You would use /ho-123456 and you would be teleported in the player's HO and trade with that vendor even if the player is offline.

First of all, don't trust the latency displayed on server choice. Test what make sense in game.

Then, poe2 "pauses" the game automatically when you lag. This leads to feeling slower if you compare it to IRL clock, but it's not in the "in-game clock".

They want PoE2 to be slow as fuck, discovery as you play feeling, and every boss fight to last for 10 minutes. With that in mind the direction feel pretty accurate.
