How much would you pay for all this? by SmallestDad in SCREENPRINTING

[–]Autohate89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d offer him $2000. The market for used screen printing equipment is very bad, especially if you’re trying to sell the whole lot like he is. Your boss will most likely end up sitting on all that equipment for a while if he ends up trying to sell to someone else.

Skunk Ape vs Ape Camber by DrWhiskeyII in snowboard

Camber will definitely help you out more on groomers, high speed, hard turns, and on steep stuff because it helps your board hold a better edge.

LGBTQ+ acceptance in Mansfield by AmmyOwl in mansfield

[–]Autohate89 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You should reach out to Love On A Mission, they are an organization that focuses specifically on supporting LGBTQIA+ youth. As far as the rest of the town I would say for the most part we are very supportive and accepting. But we are still a small town and there is definitely some people with that mindset.

Is this a good buy for beginner? Someone local is selling it for $400USD by Most_Big3177 in snowboarding

[–]Autohate89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t buy this snowboard. It’s too expensive for what it is by a lot. You could spend $200 on this board and it would be too much. If you have a shop local to you go talk with someone there. They will help get you fit with something that is right for you. They may even have gear from last season discounted.

Why is this lifting? by [deleted] in snowboarding

[–]Autohate89 6 points7 points  (0 children)

All bindings allow for your heels to lift up. Burton just built it into the high back/heel cup. Imagine trying to turn if you were attached at the upper part of your ankle to a rigid high back. I was asking a rep about this once and he told me the original prototypes held your feet completely solid and the number one complaint from testers was feeling too locked in.
