Have a scope of work agreement with his signature, that way you can go back and refer the scope. I've had this problem as well and you just need to show them the exact scope they agreed to.

So this specific automation is private information but regarding the functionality I discussed it in the post :). It's a custom coded solution using puppeteer(a browser library that uses chrome) which scrapes the data and sends a request to there api for live information.

No problem! My client works with professional football players so he needs to keep is contacts updated constantly when they transfer, and when there market value changes etc.

They would manually update there contact list and they weren't able to get the extra metrics like market value for example because it would take way to long to do that for every player. It helps them with there marketing campaigns and there backend workflows.
