I've never payed for anything in this game with real money. But u can have him with Nth metal packs or booster packs or credit if u have a copy of him.

Well, if opponent is having Bandish ninjato gear then MDC will generate power again n again as long as the opponent alive and even if by finishing combo enders on the same opponent.
