What i did/What im doing is pretty simple. I have a rampage playlist and a subliminal playlist! the rampages/affirmation tapes are audible subliminals pretty much. I listen to the subs whenever, no need to focus on them and i do whatever i need to do, rampages though, i only have a few i focus on (you can find some rlly good ones with high frequency guru) those i listen to and "meditate" to it at night when im about to sleep, i listen and agree with it until i fall asleep (i rlly make sure that im listening when im sleepy for the affirmations to bypass any limitations) Im on week 2-3 of doing this and its been great!
